- I can’t open my faxes?
A: Just go to our website and download the .tiff reader. But when you install the .tiff reader just remember to select .tiff files in the installation.
- I can only see the first page of the fax.
A: Just go to our website and download the .tiff reader. But when you install the .tiff reader just remember to select .tiff files in the installation.
- I don’t receive my faxes
A: Take down the client’s number, go to your administrator link, search for the clients number. After you have found it click on it. Then click on reports, just forward all the client’s faxes from there. After you have done this there fax number should be working again. If not just email the query to support@Narumowa.co.za
- I still don’t receive my faxes
A: OK if you have done the above and they still nor receiving the faxes. Then it is there ISP blocking the faxes from our server. The client must now just phone there ISP and ask them to let .tiff files trough. That will fix the problem.
- My line is permanently engaged
All you have to do is get the clients fax 2 email number, and then forward the query to support@Narumowa.co.za
